UPCOMING EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
Artist Talk and Curatorial Conversation
This event has been POSTPONED. Due to the current political climate, and in order to be attentive to the needs and well-being of the artist at this time, we have decided to postpone Nasim Moghadam and Zoë Latzer’s Artist Talk and Curatorial Conversation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to rescheduling the conversation and will share a new date soon.
Event Details: Join us for an intimate conversation with exhibiting artist Nasim Moghadam and curator Zoë Latzer to learn more about the makings and intentions behind the solo show, And Yet, We See. Together, they will reflect on the conceptual foundations of the work, the artistic process behind its creation, and the themes that shape the exhibition. This dialogue offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the artist about the personal, political, and visual considerations that inform the project. Attendees will also be invited into a thoughtful exchange about perception, storytelling, and the role of photography in bearing witness.

SF Camerawork Members' Critiques
Critiques are opportunities for SF Camerawork members to receive feedback on their work from leading artists and educators throughout the country. SF Camerawork has continued with a hybrid model for the Members' Critiques, alternating every other month between in-person and online sessions to inspire and engage with our communities in the Bay Area and globally.
Critique Format: The critiques are two hours long, usually on Tuesday evenings from from 6 - 8 pm PST. Five photographers have 15 minutes at each critique to present their work and receive feedback from the critique leader and the group. In addition to the five photographers presenting work, there are also typically 15 - 25 other members who tune in to observe, comment, and ask questions. Critiques are intended to be as collaborative as possible, and we encourage all participants to engage in the conversation!
*Presenter slots are on a first come first served basis with members able to present once per quarter/season each calendar year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).
If you are interested in learning more or presenting work at an upcoming Members' Critique, please email us at info@sfcamerawork.org for further details.
