Home: An Exhibition of Candid Photographs

SF Camerawork is excited to host Home, one of five exhibitions that are a part of StreetFoto San Francisco, a weeklong festival dedicated entirely to the art of street photography.  Home asks a group of eight accomplished American street photographers - men and women whose usual subjects are strangers captured in the public realm - to consider the question of home.  What does it mean to the viewer and what does it mean to the photographer?  Their answers are more intimate, more familiar, and perhaps more poetic than what we usually find in street work.

Home will be on view June 5th through June 10th and will feature the work of:

StreetFoto San Francisco is an annual international festival dedicated to the art of street photography, a celebration of public life captured in candid frames.
