SFC’s Fine Print Program offers collectors the opportunity to acquire exceptional photographs by established and emerging artists with longstanding connections to SFC.

Built over decades, the program brings together a distinctive selection of works by nationally and internationally recognized artists alongside important voices in Bay Area photography. Many are limited editions, with some representing the final print available from an edition.

Fine Prints are offered exclusively through SF Camerawork, providing a unique opportunity to build or expand a photography collection while directly supporting SFC’s exhibitions and artist programs.

A. Leo Nash documents alternative communities, festivals, and temporary gatherings across the United States. In his series Temporary Autonomous Zones, which includes photographs from Burning Man, Nash explores the creativity, individuality, and social dynamics of communities that exist outside conventional structures. Dominoes reflects his interest in the spontaneous and unconventional expressions of collective life.

For the past twelve years, A. Leo Nash has been photographing a wide array alternative gatherings and celebrations around the United States. The largest, The Burning Man Festival, has attracted worldwide media attention that often shows the most sensational side of that event. This image is part of Nash's series of photographs of the Burning Man Festival and other temporary villages, which he calls Temporary Autonomous Zones. Nash's work has been exhibited nationally and internationally at venues such as Prague House of Photography; Prague; Woodstock Center for Photography, Woodstock, New York; Houston Center for Photography; and the Oakland Museum. It is in numerous public collections, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Rochester Institute of Technology.
