Beginning in 2010, two hardcover books published biannually by SF Camerawork Publications will supplant Camerawork: A Journal of Photographic Arts as a benefit of membership. Since its inception SF Camerawork has always valued dialogue—its publications’ content and form evolving as time, energy, and resources would allow. This evolution in our publishing program is an exciting change for the organization and allows us to better fulfill our mission of supporting the work of emerging and mid-career artists.
SF Camerawork Publications are distributed to SF Camerawork's members as well as museums, libraries, arts organizations, and universities nationally and abroad. If you would like to receive future publications, please become a member.
Featured here are current and upcoming publications, as well as an archive summarizing the contents of past issues of Camerawork: A Journal of Photographic Arts, a journal published twice yearly by SF Camerawork through 2009, devoted to presenting quality reproductions and writing that reflect contemporary issues in the photographic arts. You may purchase past issues online for $8 per issue plus shipping.
